1. Delivery Areas
Amato provides fast delivery services across our designated operational zones. You can check if delivery is available at your location by entering your address in the app.
2. Delivery Timings & Estimated Time
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Delivery times are estimated and shown on the app before you place an order. Typical delivery times range between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and vendor preparation time.
Operating Hours: Delivery services are active during the operational hours of our listed merchant partners.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the merchant's location and your delivery address.
All applicable delivery charges, distance fees, or peak hour charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
4. Live Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and assigned to a delivery partner, you can track its real-time progress and live driver location directly within the Amato App.
5. Customer Handover & Cash on Delivery
Availability: Please ensure that a recipient is available at the specified address to receive the delivery.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready upon the driver's arrival.
Waiting Time: Delivery drivers will wait at your location for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you remain unreachable after multiple contact attempts, the order may be cancelled.
